高温管路弹性支撑减振器减振特性研究
Simulation Study on Vibration Reduction Characteristics of High Temperature Steam Pipeline Supports
【摘要】 高温管系作为蒸汽动力系统中重要的能量转换生命线,其振动可能会造成设备损坏和噪声传递,如果不加以有效控制,会造成更加严重的后果。因此,非常有必要进行管路系统减振、降噪研究,针对管路振动控制相关问题,搭建用于高温管路减振器减振性能测试的试验台,对3种不同支撑型减振器的减振性能进行试验分析,并且通过将实验结果与仿真模拟结果对比,验证该模型的可靠性及仿真方法的可行性。结果表明:可以利用该有限元方法对此类动力学特性问题开展研究。
【Abstract】 Abstact : The high temperature pipe system is the important energy conversion lifeline in steam power systems, its vibration may cause equipment damage, noise transmission and even more serious consequences. Therefore, it is necessary to study vibration and noise reduction of the pipeline system. Aiming at the problems related to pipe vibration control, this paper establishes a test bench for vibration absorption performance test of high-temperature pipe dampers. The vibration absorption performances of three different support dampers are tested and analyzed. The experiment results are compared with simulation results and the reliability of this model and the feasibility of simulation method are verified. The results show that the finite element method can be used to study this kind of dynamic characteristics.
