【摘要】 本研究揭示了九龙江流域周边农业生产活动对漳州区域大气气溶胶的影响及对人群健康的可能危害.2015年11月间采集了6个九龙江流域周边大气气溶胶样品,应用16 S rRNA基因高通量测序技术分析了各个样品中细菌群落的结构特征.研究结果表明:1)漳州市大气气溶胶细菌群落结构组成为22个门726个属,主要优势门为厚壁菌门(34.82%)、放线菌门(23.87%)和变形杆菌门(20.92%),主要优势属为梭菌属(8.49%)、蓝藻未分类菌属(4.43%)和乳杆菌属(4.28%); 2)梭菌属(8.49%)成为漳州地区大气气溶胶中细菌群落的最优势菌属,显示其受本地区农业活动影响且具有区域性特征; 3)在所有气溶胶样品中共检出41个潜在病原菌属,且均检出丰度较高的梭菌属、异常球菌属和链球菌属,表明本地区大气气溶胶的产生和传播对本地区人群健康具有潜在威胁.

【Abstract】 This study revealed the influence of agricultural activities around Jiulong River Basin on bacteria community structure in atmospheric aerosols in Zhangzhou region and the risk of the variation of airborne bacteria on human health. A total of 6 atmospheric aerosol samples were collected in November, 2015 in Jiulong River Basin, and the structural characteristics of bacterial communities in each sample were analyzed by using 16 S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology. Results show that: 1) A total of 22 phyla were detected in samples and the dominant phyla were Firmicutes(34. 82%), Actinobacteria(23. 87%) and Proteobacteria(20. 92%). At the genus level, Clostridium(8. 49%), Cyanobacteria unclassified(4. 43%) and Lactobacillus(4. 28%) were the dominant ones among 726 genera; 2)Different from the other areas, Clostridium(8. 49%) was the most dominant bacterial community in Zhangzhou City, indicating that the bacterial community structure in Zhangzhou City aerosols was influenced by local agricultural activities and had regional characteristics; 3) A total of 41 potential pathogenic bacteria genera and high abundance of Clostridium, Abnormal coccus and Streptococcus were detected in all samples, indicating that the generation and transport of atmospheric aerosols in this region has a potential risk on the health of the local population.
