球孢白僵菌与苦参碱混用对双线卷裙夜蛾的协同增效作用

【摘要】 本文研究了联合应用球孢白僵菌HB-P-04与低剂量苦参碱对双线卷裙夜蛾的杀虫效果,探讨球孢白僵菌与杀虫剂混用的不同使用顺序和时间间隔是否具有协同增效作用。结果表明,低剂量的苦参碱对菌株HB-P-04的孢子萌发、菌丝生长和产孢量的影响较小,相容性良好。当球孢白僵菌与苦参碱体积比为1:4时的共毒系数最高,达到223.48,具有最高的联合毒力效果,有显著的增效作用。先球孢白僵菌处理,间隔24 h后苦参碱处理的混用方案表现出显著的协同增效作用,9 d的校正死亡率达到92.86%。在室内毒力试验中,不论是球孢白僵菌与苦参碱以体积比1:4混用,还是先球孢白僵菌处理,间隔24 h后苦参碱处理的混用方案,均能有效地缩短杀虫时间,提高杀虫效率。

【Abstract】 This paper measured the insecticidal activity of Beauveria bassiana HB-P-04 combined with low-dose matrine against Spodoptera bilinealis, and the synergistic effect between B. bassiana and matrine in different use orders and time intervals. The results showed that low dose matrine had little effect on spore germination, mycelial growth and sporulation of strain HB-P-04, indicating that matrine is compatible with HB-P-04. When B. bassiana was mixed with matrine at a volume ratio of 1:4, the co-toxicity coefficient was the highest, reaching 223.48,showing significant synergistic effect. When B. bassiana was applied first and matrine was applied at 24 h interval,the treatment showed obvious synergistic effect, with a corrected mortality rate of 92.86% at 9 d post treatment. In the laboratory toxicity test, both the mixture of B. bassiana and matrine at a volume ratio of 1:4 and the treatment of B. bassiana firt and then matrine at 24 h interval effectively shortened the insecticidal time and improved the insecticidal efficiency.
