【摘要】 目的 探究自拟附术藤归汤联合西药治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法 60例类风湿关节炎患者为研究对象,随机分成观察组(26例)与对照组(34例)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用自拟附术藤归汤治疗。对比两组治疗前后生化指标、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组类风湿因子(58.17±13.35)kU/L、C反应蛋白(14.23±4.20)mg/L、抗环瓜氨酸酞抗体(207.39±15.16)U/ml、红细胞沉降率(24.39±9.18)mm/h,均低于对照组的(67.07±11.49)kU/L、(17.32±5.03)mg/L、(216.39±16.19)U/ml、(29.39±8.19)mm/h,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率96.2%高于对照组的70.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组不良反应发生率7.69%低于对照组的29.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 自拟附术藤归汤联合西药治疗类风湿关节炎可以使患者的类风湿因子、C反应蛋白、抗环瓜氨酸酞抗体等指标得到显著改善,治疗效果显著,同时又可降低不良反应,安全性较高,建议在临床上推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of self-made Fuzhu Tenggui decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total of 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into observation group(26 cases) and control group(34 cases). The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with self-made Fushu Tenggui decoction on the basis of the control group.The biochemical indexes before and after treatment, therapeutic effects, and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the observation group had rheumatoid factor of(58.17±13.35) kU/L, C-reactive protein of(14.23±4.20) mg/L, anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody of(207.39±15.16) U/ml, erythrocyte sedimentation rate of(24.39±9.18) mm/h, which were lower than(67.07±11.49) kU/L,(17.32±5.03) mg/L,(216.39±16.19) U/ml,(29.39±8.19) mm/h of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate 96.2% of the observation group was higher than 70.6% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions 7.69% in the observation group was lower than 29.41% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Self-made Fuzhu Tenggui decoction combined with western medicine has significant effect and high safety in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, which can significantly improve the indexes of rheumatoid factor, C-reactive protein, anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody and reduce the adverse reactions of patiens. Therefore, it is recommended to be promoted and applied in clinical practice.更多还原
