【摘要】 目的 采用因早死所致的寿命损失年（YLLs）指标分析云南省2017—2021年野生蕈中毒的疾病负担情况，为制定预防和控制措施提供依据。方法 将云南省野生蕈中毒死亡数据根据性别、年龄、年份进行整理，使用世界卫生组织疾病负担Excel计算模板进行YLLs的计算，通过对不同年龄段、性别、年份等YLLs比较后，结合人力资本法估计云南省野生蕈中毒间接造成的经济负担。结果 2017—2021年云南省野生蕈中毒累计死亡139例，死亡率为0.29/10万，其中男性和女性死亡率分别是0.34/10万和0.23/10万，YLLs为2 760人年，其中30～59岁人群的YLLs是最高的；全人群YLLs强度为5.70人年/10万，以5岁以下儿童YLLs强度最高，男性YLLs和YLLs强度均高于女性；云南省139例野生蕈中毒死亡病例总体间接经济负担为7 079.42万元，人均50.93万元。结论 野生蕈中毒是云南省食源性疾病引起死亡的重要原因之一，需进一步加强市场监管、强化医疗救治和流行病学调查处置，加强野生蕈中毒预防知识的宣传，有效减少野生蕈中毒事件的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effective prevention of wild mushroom poisoning,the years of life lost(YLLs)from wild mushroom poisoning in Yunnan Province from 2017 to 2021 was calculated.Methods The death data of wild mushroom poisoning in Yunnan Province were collated according to gender,age and year. The YLLs was calculated based on the World Health Organization excel calculation template,and the YLLs was compared among different age,gender and year groups. The indirect economic loss was estimated using human capital approach.Results The YLLs due to wild mushroom poisoning was 2 760 person-years(5. 70 person years per 100 000 population). People aged from 30 to 59 years old were a risk group for wild mushroom poisoning with YLLs of 1 602 person-years. Children aged <5 years old were also at high risk for wild mushroom poisoning(9. 10 person-years/100 000 population). The intensity of YLLs and YLLs in male was higher than that in female. The total indirect economic burden of 139 deaths from wild mushroom poisoning in Yunnan province was 70. 794 2 million yuan,509 300 yuan per capita.Conclusion The wild mushroom poisoning is one of the important causes of foodborne diseases death in Yunnan province. It is necessary to strengthen education and supervision of food safety,and improve the ability of medical treatment and epidemiological investigation of wild mushroom poisoning at the primary health care facility.更多还原
