典型重金属离子对双污泥系统反硝化除磷的影响

【摘要】 为了研究和比较重金属对双污泥系统的影响,在双污泥系统稳定运行的基础上,通过调节进水重金属(Cd2+、Cu2+、Zn2+)含量,分别考察了3种重金属短期冲击和长期冲击对双污泥系统碳、氮、磷去除效果的影响。结果显示,Cd2+、Cu2+、Zn2+对硝化菌的短期急毒性和抑制作用关系为Cd2+>Zn2+>Cu2+,对硝化菌的累积毒性和抑制作用关系为Cu2+>Cd2+>Zn2+。对反硝化聚磷菌的抑制作用关系为Cu2+>Cd2+>Zn2+,但Cu2+的抑制作用以长期累积毒性为主,Cd2+则以短期急毒性为主。CODCr去除率受3种重金属的影响比较小,其抑制作用关系为Cu2+>Cd2+>Zn2+

【Abstract】 In order to study and compare the effects of heavy metals on dual-sludge system, the effects of short-term and long-term impacts of three heavy metals on removal efficiency of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus in dual-sludge system were investigated respectively by adjusting the content of heavy metals(Cd2+, Cu2+, Zn2+) in influent, based on the stable operation of dual-sludge system. Results showed that the short-term acute toxicity and inhibitory effects of Cd2+, Cu2+ and Zn2+ on nitrifying bacteria was Cd2+>Zn2+>Cu2+, and cumulative toxicity and inhibitory effects on nitrifying bacteria was Cu2+>Cd2+>Zn2+. Relationship of inhibitory effect on denitrifying phosphorus accumulating bacteria was Cu2+>Cd2+>Zn2+, but the inhibitory effect of Cu2+ was mainly long-term cumulative toxicity, while Cd2+ was mainly short-term acute toxicity. CODCr removal rate was less affected by three heavy metals, and inhibitory relationship was Cu2+>Cd2+>Zn2+.
