人腺病毒感染机制及抗腺病毒药物治疗研究进展

【摘要】 <正>儿童腺病毒肺炎（adenoviral pneumonia,AP）好发于6月龄至5岁的儿童，2岁以内婴幼儿感染尤为多见，临床表现以高热、咳嗽、咽痛为主，所导致的肺部和全身炎症反应明显[1]，重症比例、病死率和后遗症发生率显著高于其他类型肺炎，甚至可有呼吸衰竭、中枢神经系统功能障碍等严重并发症，引发急性呼吸窘迫综合征导致死亡[2]。其致死性感染发生率高达50%以上，
