NQO1对膀胱癌的生物学特性和预后的影响
Exploring the impact of NQO1 on the prognosis and biological characteristics of bladder cancer
【摘要】 目的:通过生物信息学分析,探究膀胱中活性氧产生相关基因NQO1的表达情况,并阐明其与膀胱癌预后的相关性。方法:从癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)数据库中下载相关的mRNA表达谱和膀胱样本的临床数据。我们进行了肿瘤组与正常组的差异分析,NQO1的表达与临床信息的相关性,以及NQO1在膀胱癌中的免疫浸润情况。结果:NQO1的表达在肿瘤组和正常组中的表达差异有统计学意义。NQO1的表达与膀胱癌的疾病无进展生存期相关,在与免疫细胞及免疫细胞标记物的相关性分析中我们发现其与免疫浸润密切相关。结论:NQO1与膀胱癌肿瘤无进展生存期及免疫浸润密切相关,是膀胱癌治疗的潜在靶点。
【Abstract】 Objective:Currently,the expression of the ROS-production-related gene NQO1 and its correlation with prognostic symptoms of bladder cancer(BLCA)and its bioinformatic properties are unclear. This study aims to identify the biological properties of NQO1 in BLCA by bioinformatic analysis and to elucidate its potential value.Methods:First,the relevant mRNA expression profiles and clinical data of bladder samples were downloaded from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database. Then,a difference analysis between the tumor group and the normal group was conducted,the correlation between NQO1 expression and clinical information was studied,and then,immune infiltration analysis for NQO1 expression was conducted.Results:The expression of NQO1 was different between the tumor and normal groups by the samples from the public databases and the clinical,and the expression of NQO1 was correlated with progression-free survival in bladder cancer.It was experimentally confirmed that the expression of NQO1 was closely related to immune infiltration.Conclusion:There are significant differences in the expressions of NQO1 between tumor groups and normal tissues,and it is closely related to bladder cancer progression-free survival and immune infiltration.It is a potential target for bladder cancer treatment and lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent treatment.
