【摘要】 目的 对2019-2021年南通市活禽市场外环境标本禽流感病毒检测结果进行分析，了解禽流感病毒流行、分布特征，为南通市禽流感防控工作提供依据。方法 选取2019-2021年南通市崇川区、通州区、海安市、如皋市活禽市场外环境标本，采用实时荧光反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法对标本进行H5亚型、H7亚型、H9亚型流感病毒检测，采用描述性流行病学方法对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 南通市全年均有禽流感阳性样本检出，其中以第4季度检出率较高。甲型禽流感病毒核酸阳性率为21.69%(141/650)。其中H5亚型阳性率为0.62%(4/650)、H7亚型阳性率为0.31%(2/141)、H9亚型阳性率为18.62%(121/650)。活禽市场的宰杀或摆放禽内案板表面擦拭标本和禽类内脏阳性率最高；各监测地区禽流感病毒核酸阳性率差异有统计学意义。结论 南通市活禽市场外环境中禽流感病毒以H9亚型为主，应加强禽流感病毒的监测防控工作，加强对活禽市场的卫生监管。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to understand the epidemic and distribution characteristics of avian influenza virus, toprovide a basis for the prevention and control of avian influenza.Detection results of avian influenza virus in external environmental samples from live poultry markets in Nantong(Chongchuan District, Tongzhou District, Haian city and Rugao city) from 2019 to 2021 were analyzed. Real-time fluorescence reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction was used to detect H5, H7, and H9 subtypeinfluenza viruses, and descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the detection results. Samples positive for avian influenza were detected in Nantong city throughout the year, and the positivity rate was higher in the fourth quarter. The positivity rate of nucleic acid of avian influenza A virus was 21.69%(141/650). The positivity rate of H5 subtype was 0.62%(4/650), that of H7 subtype was 0.31%(2/141), and that of H9 subtype was 18.62%(121/650). The positivity rate of poultry viscera was highest in samples from the live poultry market. The differencein the positivity rate for avian influenza virus nucleic acid was statistically significant. The results indicated that avian influenza virus was mainly H9 subtype in the external environment of the live poultry markets in Nantong city. The monitoring and prevention of avian influenza virus, and the sanitary supervision of live poultry markets, should be strengthened.更多还原
