【Abstract】 Whether the vocational behavior of the museum practitioners corresponds with its vocational ethics takes into consideration the moral ethics, and is related to the professional behavior, namely,his/her professional acknowledgment and technical levels, which is reflected in all parts of the recruitment and collection of the collections, the planning, and the design of the exhibitions, etc.Therefore, in the construction of vocational ethics of the museum, apart from the education in the moral awareness, attention should also be paid to the improvement of the professional and technical level of the practitioners, so that they won’t behave illegally due to cognitive errors. The professional level includes the technics and the ideals, and varies in the development of the era.
