【摘要】 目的：探讨“进阶式单人肠镜培训法”在消化科专业型研究生中的教学效果。方法：选取2017～2019年在青岛大学附属医院消化内镜中心接受单人肠镜培训的专业型研究生39名，随机分成两组，实验组(n=20)采用进阶式培训法，对照组(n=19)采用传统培训法，分析比较两组通过乙状结肠时间、插入至回盲部成功率、总的操作时间、插镜深度、患者疼痛评分等指标。结果：实验组学生的插入至回盲部成功率、通过乙状结肠时间、总的操作时间、插镜深度和患者疼痛评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：“进阶式培训法”比传统培训法在消化科专业型研究生的单人肠镜培训中取得更好的教学效果，适宜进一步教学推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of “progressive single colonoscopy training” in gastroenterology professional postgraduate students.Methods: Thirty-nine postgraduate students who participated in the primary single-person endoscopy training in digestive endoscopy center of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from 2017 to 2019 were randomly assigned into two groups.The experimental group(n=20) adopted the advanced training method, and the control group(n=19) adopted the traditional training method.The time of passing though sigmoid colon, the successful rate of insertion into the ileocecal region, total operation time, the depth of colonoscopy insertion and the pain scores of patients between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results: The success rate of insertion into the ileocecal area, total operation time, insertion depth, and pain scores of the experimental group students were significantly better than those of the control group.Conclusion: The “progressive one-man colonoscopy training” had achieved promising teaching effects than traditional training approach.It will be suitable for the teaching and popularization in postgraduate students of gastroenterology department.更多还原
