【摘要】 目的：探讨PBL联合翻转课堂教学方法在超声诊断学本科实习教学中的应用效果。方法：选取滨州医学院2015级医学影像专业实习学生36人，分为实验组和对照组，每组18人，实验组采用PBL联合翻转课堂教学，对照组采用传统教学。比较两组学生实习成绩、临床能力以及教学满意度。结果：实验组基础理论成绩及上机操作成绩高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组学生平时成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组学生各项临床能力优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组教学满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：PBL联合翻转课堂教学方法有效激发学生学习兴趣，提高学生临床能力、综合成绩及教学满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of PBL combined withflipped teaching mode in ultrasonic diagnostics teaching.Methods: A total of 36 students were divided into two groups, the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.Analysis and comparison of the two groups of students practice results, clinical ability and teaching satisfaction.Results: The results of basic theory and computer operation in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),the students in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05) in terms of clinical ability.Conclusion: PBL combined with flipped classroom teaching model can stimulate students’ learning interest, improve students’ clinical ability, comprehensive achievement and satisfaction with teaching.更多还原
