【摘要】 目的：探讨融合叙事、PBL、翻转课堂的线上线下混合教学在本科妇产科护理学课程中的应用及教学效果。方法：以2个班共285名护理本科生为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组采用融合叙事、PBL、翻转课堂的线上线下混合教学方法，对照组采用传统教学法，比较两班理论和技能测评成绩，调查实验组学生对教学改革的评价。结果：实验组学生课后理论和实验成绩高于对照组学生的成绩(P<0.05)。实验组学生对创新教学的积极作用评价较好。结论：融合叙事、PBL、翻转课堂的线上线下混合教学较之于传统教学更高效，而且有利学生综合素质的培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the effectiveness of the blended teaching integrated with narrative pedagogy, PBL and flipped classroom in the nursing course of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods: 285 nursing undergraduate students in 2 classes participated.One class was selected as the experimental group and the other as the control group randomly.Results: After finishing the lessons, the students of the experimental group achieved higher scores than those in the control group(P<0.05).Most of the students in the experimental group believed that the new pedagogy was helpful to cultivate students’ overall ability.Conclusion: The new pedagogy was efficient and had positive effectiveness for the cultivation of students’ overall ability.更多还原
