【摘要】 目的：分析某校临床医学学生的临床基本技能考试成绩，了解基本技能水平，为教学改革提供参考。方法：分析考试难度系数、区分度，采用t检验、F检验评价各站点和各考试类型成绩。结果：难度系数高于0.8,区分度小于0.2;2017年平均成绩高于2016年；第一、二站成绩差异无统计意义，第四站高于第三站，第五站高于第六站；基本操作成绩最高，其次为病史采集，体格检查最低。结论：学生临床基本技能掌握较好，不同类型站点掌握水平不同，可采取针对性教学模式等改革手段，促进学生能力的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the clinical basic skill examination scores in a medical school, discuss the ability of clinical medical students, and provide reference for teaching reform. Methods: We analyzed the test difficulty coefficient(P) and the discrimination degree(D),then used the t test and F test to evaluate the scores of different sites of the same test type and each test type site. Results: For the test, P is over 0.8,and D is less than 0.2.The average score in 2017 is higher than that in 2016.As for site scores, there is no significant difference between Site 1 and Site 2,Site 4 is higher than Site 3,and Site 5 is higher than Site 6.The basic operation has the highest average score, followed by the medical history collection, at last the physical examination. Conclusion: The basic clinical skills are well mastered, with differences in types or sites. It is possible to adopt reforms like targeted teaching models to improve student abilities.更多还原
