基于慕课理念的翻转课堂和情景模拟相结合的教学法在妇产科临床技能教学中的应用研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨基于慕课理念的翻转课堂和情景模拟相结合的教学法在妇产科临床技能教学中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年10月至12月在我院妇产科实习的44名八年制临床医学专业学生,随机分为实验组(慕课、翻转课堂结合情景模拟教学组)和对照组(传统教学组)。通过成绩考核和问卷调查对教学效果进行评价。结果:实验组的考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05),教师对实验组评价显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于慕课理念的翻转课堂和情景模拟相结合的教学法妇产科操作技能教学能提高学生综合学习能力,增强对操作技能和理论知识掌握,教学效果优于传统教学。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of the teaching method of the combination of flipped classroom and scene simulation based on the concept of MOOC in the teaching of clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: 44 eight-year clinical medical students who practiced in obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from October to December 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group(MOOC, flipped class combined with situational simulation teaching group) and control group(traditional teaching group). The teaching effect is evaluated through performance assessment and questionnaire survey. Results: The examination results of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the teachers’ evaluation of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The teaching method of combining flipped classroom and scene simulation based on the concept of MOOC can improve students’ comprehensive learning ability, enhance their mastery of operation skills and theoretical knowledge, and the teaching effect is better than traditional teaching.
