不同库温下冷库冷风机结构参数对其结霜特性的影响

【摘要】 对不同库温下冷风机结构参数对其结霜特性的影响规律开展研究,建立冷库冷风机系统动态结霜模型并进行实验验证,采取仿真与实验相结合的方式研究并揭示不同空气状态参数的冷库内冷风机翅片间距对其换热表面结霜特性、系统性能的影响变化规律,同时提出不同库温下的冷风机结构设计建议。研究结果表明:在常规冷库工况下,5℃为可通过调节翅片间距避免结霜发生的临界最低库温,当库温大于等于5℃时,选择2 mm作为冷风机翅片间距可避免结霜,冷风机性能将大幅提升。当库温低于5℃时,可通过增大翅片间距降低系统性能衰减,但同时需考虑单位制冷量结霜量升高造成的除霜能耗增加。

【Abstract】 The air cooler structure parameters on the influence law of the frosting characteristics at different temperatures were researched. The dynamic model of frost for testing cold storage air cooler system test was established and verified by experiment, simulation and experiment were combined to investigate the impact of the fin pitch of the air cooler in the cold storage with different air status parameters on the heat transfer surface frosting characteristics and the performance of the system. For instance, the structural design of air cooler at different temperature was proposed. The results show that under conventional cold storage conditions, 5 ℃ is the critical minimum cold storage temperature to avoid frosting by adjusting the fin pitch. When the temperature is higher than or equal to 5 ℃, the fin pitch of 2 mm can avoid frosting, and the performance of the air cooler would be greatly improved. When the storage temperature is lower than 5 ℃, the performance attenuation of the system could be reduced by increasing the fin pitch, but the increase of defrosting energy consumption caused by the increase of frosting per unit cooling capacity should be considered.
