天然气水合物储层改造泡沫水玻璃浆液及其固结体性能研究
Research on performance of foamed water glass slurry and its consolidation for gas hydrate reservoir stimulating
【摘要】 为了研发天然气水合物储层劈裂注浆改造技术,开展劈裂改造浆液配制及浆液固结体性能测试实验。首先,基于传统水玻璃浆材,引入发泡剂与稳泡剂,形成泡沫水玻璃浆液,从而增强浆液固结体的渗透性;其次,引入沸石提高固结体的强度和渗透性,在配制过程中,测定泡沫水玻璃浆液的黏度和固化时间,明确浆液可注性;最后,开展浆液固结体渗透率、核磁成像、单轴/三轴抗压强度等测试,研究浆液固结体性能的影响因素。研究结果表明:在测试条件下,泡沫水玻璃浆液拥有瞬凝特性,其固化时间可控,浆液黏度受稳泡剂种类与质量分数影响较小,受沸石添加量和搅拌强度的影响较大;浆液固结体内部以大孔为主,且孔隙连通性较好,稳泡剂和沸石添加量对浆液固结体渗透率的影响较大,而对浆液固结体强度的影响较小。采用高强度搅拌方式配制浆液,可显著提高浆液固结体渗透率,但同时降低了其强度。改变组分和搅拌强度可在一定范围内调控浆液固结体渗透率与强度之间的关系。
【Abstract】 The preparation of fracture grouting slurry and performance of slurry consolidation were experimentally investigated to develop the fracturing grouting stimulation technology for gas hydrate reservoir. Firstly, based on the traditional water glass slurry material, foam agent and stabilizer were introduced to form a foamed water glass slurry to enhance the permeability of slurry consolidation. Secondly, zeolite was introduced to improve the strength and permeability of consolidation. In the experiments, the viscosity and consolidation time of the foamed water glass slurry were measured to clarify its pourability. Finally, the analysis of permeability, nuclear magnetic imaging and uniaxial/triaxial compressive strength were carried out to study the influencing factors of the properties of slurry consolidation. The results show that the foamed water glass slurry retains the instantaneous consolidation characteristics and its consolidation time is controllable. The viscosity of slurry is less affected by the type and mass fraction of the foam stabilizer, but it is greatly influenced by the addition of zeolite and the stirring strength. The slurry consolidation consists of large pores structures and the pore connectivity is good. The foam stabilizer and zeolite addition have large influence on the permeability of the slurry consolidation but small influence on the strength. In addition, the use of high strength string in slurry preparation can significantly enhance the permeability of slurry consolidation, but reduce the strength at the same time. By changing the components and stirring strength, the correlation between permeability and strength of the slurry consolidation can be regulated in a certain range.
