【摘要】 目的：观察品管圈活动在消毒供应中心腹腔镜器械管理中的应用效果。方法：2021年1月至2021年4月该院消毒供应中心实施常规管理，2021年5月至2021年9月该院消毒供应中心开展品管圈活动。比较品管圈活动实施前后腹腔镜器械管理质量（清洗、消毒、包装合格率）、不良事件发生率和科室医护人员满意度。结果：品管圈活动实施后，腹腔镜器械清洗、消毒、包装合格率依次为99.36%(465/468)、99.57%(466/468)、98.29%(460/468)，分别高于实施前的95.22%(438/460)、97.83%(450/460)、96.09%(442/460)，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；器械损毁、包装松散、可拆卸器械不配套、特殊细小部件缺失的发生率依次为2.78%(13/468)、0.85%(4/468)、0.43%(2/468)、1.28%(6/468)，分别低于实施前的6.52%(30/460)、4.57%(21/460)、3.04%(14/460)、5.65%(25/460)，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；科室医护人员满意度为94.44%(68/72)，高于实施前的79.17%(57/72)，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：品管圈活动用于腹腔镜器械消毒管理，能有效提高清洗、消毒、包装合格率和科室医护人员满意度，降低不良事件发生率，效果优于单纯常规管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe application effects of quality control circle activities in management of laparoscopic instruments in central sterile supply department. Methods: From January 2021 to April 2021, the routine management was applied in the Central Sterile Supply Department of the hospital; from May 2021 to September 2021, the quality control circle activities were carried out. The quality of disinfection management of laparoscopic instruments(qualified rates of cleaning, disinfection and packaging), the incidence of adverse events(instrument damage rate, loose packaging rate, unmatched rate of removable instruments, missing rate of special small parts), and the satisfaction of medical staffs were compared before and after the implementation of the quality control circle activities. Results: After the implementation of the quality control circle activities, the qualified rates of cleaning, disinfection and packaging of laparoscopic instruments were 99.36%(465/468), 99.57%(466/468) and 98.29%(460/468), separately, which were higher than 95.22%(438/460), 97.83%(450/460) and 96.09%(442/460) before the implementation, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The rates of instrument damage, loose packaging, unmatched rate of removable instruments and missing special small parts were 2.78%(13/468), 0.85%(4/468), 0.43%(2/468) and 1.28%(6/468), separately, which were lower than 6.52%(30/460), 4.57%(21/460), 3.04%(14/460) and 5.65%(25/460) before the implementation, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further, the satisfaction of the medical staff in the department was 94.44%(68/72), which was higher than 79.17%(57/72) before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Quality control circle activities for the laparoscopic instruments disinfection management can effectively improve the qualified rates of cleaning, disinfection, packaging and the satisfaction of the medical staff as well as reduce the incidence of adverse events.
