【摘要】 阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种不可治愈的神经退行性疾病,是21世纪以来面临的一个巨大挑战。了解免疫系统参与对抗疾病至关重要。现综述对适应性免疫特别是T淋巴细胞在AD发病机制中的研究,初步证实以T淋巴细胞及其亚群、固有免疫细胞为主,通过与Aβ、Tau及HSV、EBV等自身/外源抗原发生免疫反应,未来亟需通过单细胞测序、BCR/TCR组库等高通量分析技术,及更多志愿者的CSF,整体研究AD炎症微环境的免疫应答、鉴定AD特异性抗原。这有助于确定新的靶标和治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is an incurable neurodegenerative disease,which is a great challenge in the 21st century.Understanding immunity is essential for combating in disease. Here we review recent findings in adaptive immune cells in AD,especially new dedication in T cells. Evidence shows T lymphocytes,their sub groups and innate immune cells are the main involved cells react with Aβ,Tau,HSV,EBV and other antigens in AD. In future,high-throughput analysis such as single-cell sequencing and BCR/TCR repertoire,and more CSF research are urgently needed for analysis the whole immune inflammatory response in AD.
