【摘要】 目的 探讨乳腔镜辅助保留乳头乳晕的乳腺切除术及乳房重建术在早期乳腺癌中应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年12月唐山市人民医院乳腺外科收治的86例诊断为早期乳腺癌的患者作为研究对象进行回顾分析，按照患者采取的术式不同分为观察组45例和对照组41例。对照组采用标准的乳腺癌改良根治手术，观察组则在乳腔镜辅助下行保留乳头乳晕的乳腺切除术及乳房重建术。比较二组患者手术情况，术后并发症，外观美观率及生活质量。结果 观察组患者术中出血量、术后引流量以及住院时间均明显少于或短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。术后并发症发生率观察组也明显少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组术后美观率以及生活质量均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对于早期乳腺癌的外科治疗，采取乳腔镜辅助保留乳头乳晕的乳腺切除术及乳房重建术外形美观，并发症少，创伤小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the applied effect of mastectomy and breast reconstruction assisted by mastoscopy in early breast cancer.Methods A total of eighty-six patients diagnosed with early breast cancer admitted to the Department of Breast Surgery of Tangshan People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects Conduct a retrospective analysis, According to the different surgical style of patients, forty-five patients were divided into observation group and forty-one patients in control group.The control group was treated with standard modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer, and the observation group was treated with mastectomy and mastectomy for nipple and areola preservation assisted by mammoscopy.The surgical situation, postoperative complications, aesthetic appearance and quality of life of the two patients were compared.Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly less or shorter than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was also significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The postoperative aesthetic rate and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For the surgical treatment of early breast cancer, mastectomy and breast reconstruction assisted by mastoscopy with nipple and areola preservation is beautiful in appearance, less complications and less trauma.更多还原
