【摘要】 目的 运用高效液相色谱法分析安五脂素在小鼠体内的药代动力学特征.方法 给小鼠口服安五脂素(10 mg/kg)后，取不同时间点的血液和组织样本，通过高效液相色谱法测定安五脂素的含量，运用DAS软件计算药代动力学参数，分析安五脂素在体内的分布特征.结果 给药后24 h仍能在小鼠体内血液中检测到安五脂素，并在各个组织器官内广泛分布.结论 安五脂素在小鼠体内的停留时间较长，分布广泛，尤其在肝内大量富集，并在脑组织中含量较高，在体内的组织浓度高低分别为肝>心>脑>肾>肺>脾.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the pharmacokinetic characteristics of Anwulignan in mice by HPLC.Method Mice were orally administered with Anwulignan(10 mg/kg),blood and tissue samples were taken at different time points, and the content of Anwulignan was determined by HPLC.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated and analyzed by DAS software.The distribution characteristics of Anwulignan in the body were also analyzed.Results Anwulignan was still detected in the blood after 24 hours administration and widely distributed across tissues and organs.Conclusion Anwulignan has a longer residence time in mice body and is widely distributed, especially in the liver, and the content is higher in the brain tissue.The tissue concentration in the body is as follows: liver>heart>brain>kidney>lung>spleen.更多还原
