【Abstract】 Adjuvant therapies are important treatments for the patients with early breast cancer. The prediction of the prognosis for breast cancer patients and screen the beneficiaries of adjuvant therapies are urgent clinical problems to be solved. The proposal of the precision medicine concept and the development of molecular biology technology have promoted the application of multi gene expression signature in early breast cancer patients. 28-gene(Recurindex~?)is the only evaluation model for Asian breast cancer patients that combines clinical pathological factors and gene expression. With the development of relevant clinical researches, the application of 28-gene detection in Chinese breast cancer patients has unique superiority. The researches on the application prospect of 28-gene detection will be reviewed in this article.更多还原
