【摘要】 我国县域社会经济体具有一些共同的特征，而不同县域之间的经济社会发展差异、县域内部的收入分配差异以及县域之间基本公共服务均等化问题，成为实现县域共同富裕必须面对的基础性问题。实现我国县域共同富裕目标，需要让市场在要素配置中发挥决定性作用，积极推进城市化进程，并以均衡城市化为主导，改善县域城乡人口布局。参考国外经验，振兴广义农村，提高县域经济发展质量，是推进县域共同富裕的可行路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 County-level social and economic systems in China share some common characteristics,but the disparities in social and economic development between different counties,differences in income distribution within the counties,and the equalitarianism of essential public services between the counties have become fundamental issues to realize county-level common prosperity.To achieve this goal,China should exert the market’s leading role in factor allocation,boost the urbanization process,and improve the distribution of urban and rural populations guided by balanced urbanization.Regarding overseas experience,revitalizing the broad-sense countryside and raising the quality of county-level economic growth is a viable path to promote common prosperity.更多还原
