中国低GWP合成制冷剂研发进展

【摘要】 “双碳”目标下,《巴黎协定》《基加利修正案》等将持续对制冷行业产生深远影响。环境友好、安全、高效是新时期制冷剂研究开发的方向。当前中国制冷剂开发存在单工质筛选难度大,创新/评价体系不完善,主流品种受知识产权制约等多重挑战。积极开发具有自主知识产权的低GWP合成制冷剂,探索制冷剂品种、合成工艺以及新应用开拓的创新研究,促进向绿色高效的低GWP值制冷剂过渡,是行业实现低碳可持续发展的重要路径。

【Abstract】 Under the carbon peak and neutrality goals, international conventions such as the Paris Agreement and the Kigali Amendment will continue to have a profound impact on the refrigeration industry. New refrigerants are required to be environmentally friendly, safe and efficient. The difficulty of screening pure working fluids, the imperfect of innovation and evaluation system, and the intellectual property restrictions of mainstream new working fluids are the current challenges in China’s refrigerants develop-ment. To develop low GWP synthetic refrigerants with independent intellectual property rights, and technological innovations such as exploring new refrigerants, new synthesis processes and new application fields will be the important way for refrigerants industry to achieve the goals.
