收集极对分离打拿极电子倍增器增益影响的模拟计算
Numerical Simulation of the Influence of Collector on the Gain of Discrete Dynode Electron Multiplier
【摘要】 使用CST粒子工作室对分离打拿极电子倍增器进行建模和仿真,采用控制变量的分析方法调整电子倍增器收集极的参数,得到了电子倍增器内部的电子轨迹图。分析了影响电子倍增器增益的主要因素,研究了收集极对电子倍增器增益的影响,并且通过改变收集极的位置和结构分别对电子倍增器的增益进行优化。研究结果表明,收集极距离第九级打拿极位置为0.6 mm时,电子倍增器增益最大;改变收集极上折角度的研究结果表明,收集极两端上折60°时,电子倍增器的增益最大。
【Abstract】 CST Particle Studio is used to model and simulate the discrete dynode electron multiplier. The collector parameters are modified by control variable analysis method to obtain the electron trajectories inside the electron multiplier. Main factors affecting the gain of the electron multiplier are analyzed, and the influence of collector is studied. The gain of the electron multiplier is optimized by changing the position and structure of the collector, respectively. The position changing results show that when the collector is 0.6 mm away from the 9 th dynode, the gain of the electron multiplier is the largest; and the structure changing results show that when the collector is folded upward at 60°, the gain of the electron multiplier is the largest.
