【摘要】 提高乡村健康公共服务水平以促进农村居民健康是脱贫巩固与乡村振兴的必经之路。从安全饮水基础设施使用机会、生活方式与家庭健康水平关系的分析发现：造成农村居民家庭健康损害的重要原因之一是不健康的生活方式，公共服务基础设施供给的不均等没有影响到农村居民家庭的健康水平，并且这一结论具有普遍性。因此，在乡村振兴发展新阶段，改善农村居民健康状况，公共服务供给的重点要从“物”的提供转变为提高“人”的素养，一是社区基本公共服务机构通过教育和宣传来培养农村居民的健康主体意识，二是提高学校教育质量，从小培养“人”的全面素养的发展，实现从外部支持发展向内生动力发展的转变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the requirements of comprehensively promoting the construction of healthy villages,to improve the level of health public services to promote the health of rural residents is the only way to get rid of poverty,consolidate and revitalize the countryside. From the analysis of the relationship between the use opportunity of safe drinking water infrastructure,lifestyle and family health level,this paper finds that unhealthy lifestyle is an important reason for the health damage of rural households,while the unequal supply of public service infrastructure does not affect the health level of rural households. Therefore,in the new stage of rural development,the focus of public service supply to improve the health status of rural residents should change from the provision of“goods”to the improvement of “people’s literacy. First,basic community public service institutions cultivate rural residents’ health awareness through education and publicity; and second,we should improve the quality of school education and cultivate the development of people’s all-round literacy from an early age,so as to realize the transformation from external support development to endogenous power development.更多还原
