具有LSPR效应非贵金属的研究进展
Research Progress of Non-precious Metals With LSPR Effect
【摘要】 光生电荷分离效率是影响催化剂活性的主要因素,在半导体中加入金属单质是提高催化材料活性的有效方法之一,尤其具有局部表面等离子体共振(LSPR)效应的金属单质引入可改善半导体对光的响应范围。本文综述从光催化原理和LSPR效应出发,总结有LSPR效应中典型非贵金属铋、铝、铜单质及在光催化的应用,为促进非贵金属在光催化剂中的设计提供新的思路和方向。
【Abstract】 The photo-generated charge separation efficiency is the main factor affecting the activity of the catalyst. Adding metal element to the semiconductor is one of the effective methods to improve the activity of the catalytic material. In particular, the introduction of the element metal with the Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance(LSPR) effect can improve the response range of the semiconductor to light. In this review, starting from the principle of photocatalysis and LSPR effect, the application of typical non-precious metals such as bismuth, aluminum, copper in LSPR effect in photocatalysis is summarized, and new ideas and directions for promoting the design of non-precious metals in photocatalysts are provided.
