金塘工业园区水环境空间换时间应急处置的研究

【摘要】 为了避免或减轻企业事故性排放污水对石壁溪的污染,金塘化工园区设置了企业内部雨污截流、园区箱涵输送、石壁溪拦截的水环境三级防控体系。陆域截流、箱涵输送的污水通过集水井抽入园区公共应急池,园区下游石壁溪拦截的污水使用潜水泵抽入园区箱涵再转输园区公共应急池。通过园区上游桥梁、排洪渠、拦截坝的适当改建,可以大量拦截、收储清水,为及时有效的处置事故污水提供充足的时间。

【Abstract】 In order to avoid or reduce the water pollution of Shibi Stream by the sewage discharge from the enterprise accident, the Jintang Industrial Park had set up a three-level water environment prevention and control system, including the interception of rain and sewage in the enterprise, the transportation of box culverts in the park, and the interception in Shibi Stream. The sewage intercepted on land or transported by box culverts was pumped into the public emergency pool of the park through the water-collecting well. The sewage intercepted in Shibi Stream was pumped into the box culverts of the park by submersible pumps and then transferred to the public emergency pool of the park. In addition, through the proper reconstruction of bridges, flood drainage channels and intercepting dams in the upstream streams of the park, a large amount of clean water could be intercepted, collected and stored. These measures provided sufficient time for the accident sewage treatments.
