太阳能电池用导电银浆的性能探究
Study on the Performance of Conductive Silver Paste for Solar Cell
【摘要】 清洁能源的发展有利于我国早日实现“双碳”目标。晶硅电池能够高效地将太阳能转化为电能,是实际应用最广泛的太阳能电池。提高电银浆的导电性能是降低太阳能电池成本的关键。本研究以银粉、有机溶剂、有机添加剂为研究对象,详细研究了粒径、形貌和配比对导电银浆性能的影响。结果表明:(1)纳米级银粉和微米级银粉以1:4比例混合制备出的导电银浆经烧结后能形成致密的银层;(2)树枝状银粉和空心球状银粉以合适的比例混合可以提高导电银浆的性能;(3)添加一定比例的混合溶剂,有利于银浆烧结。本文的研究结论对提升银浆导电性能有一定的指导作用。
【Abstract】 The development of clean energy is conducive to our country’s early realization of the “double carbon” goal. Crystalline silicon cells can efficiently convert solar energy into electrical energy, and are the most widely used solar cells in practice.Improving the conductivity of electrical silver paste is the key to reducing the cost of solar cells. In this study, silver powder, organic solvents and organic additives were selected as the research objects, and the effects of particle size, morphology and ratio on the performance of conductive silver paste were studied in detail. The results show that:(1) The conductive silver paste prepared by mixing nano-scale silver powder and micron-scale silver powder in a ratio of 1:4 can form a dense silver layer after sintering;(2) Mixing dendritic silver powder and hollow spherical silver powder in an appropriate ratio can improve the performance of conductive silver paste;(3) Adding a certain proportion of mixed solvent is beneficial to the sintering of silver paste. The research conclusions of this paper have a certain guiding effect on improving the conductivity of silver paste.
