镍钇双金属氢氧化物复合石墨烯制备及电化学性能研究
Preparation and Electrochemical Properties of Nickel Yttrium Bimetallic Hydroxide Composite Graphene
【摘要】 以氧化石墨烯,六水合硝酸镍,六水合硝酸钇,氨水为原料,通过一步水热法制备电化学性能优异的rGO/Ni-Y LDH材料应。研究结果表明,氢氧化钇和还原氧化石墨烯的协同作用下,材料的导电性得到了改善,加快了电子的转移速率,提高了材料的比电容和倍率性能。其中氢氧化钇含量为10%的样品电极性能最为优异,在1A·g-1的电流密度下,复合材料的比电容为1876F·g-1,拥有十分优异的倍率性能。
【Abstract】 Using graphene oxide, nickel nitrate hexahydrate, yttrium nitrate hexahydrate and ammonia as raw materials, rGO/Ni-Y LDH materials with excellent electrochemical performance were prepared by one-step hydrothermal method. The results show that the conductivity of the material is improved, the electron transfer rate is accelerated, and the specific capacitance and magnification properties of the material are improved under the synergetic effect of yttrium hydroxide and reduced graphene oxide. Among them, the sample electrode with 10% yttrium hydroxide has the best performance. At the current density of 1 A·g-1, the specific capacitance of the composite material is 1876 F·g-1, which has very excellent magnification performance.
