同种煤不同粒度煤样其热解过程以及动力学研究

【摘要】 为了研究同一种煤其不同粒度的热解反应差异,本实验使用自制热重装置研究在不同的升温速率下同种煤样五种不同粒度的热解行为,并利用Coats-Redfern和DAEM两种动力学模型进行分析。通过热重分析研究发现煤样初始脱挥发温度Tin随着粒度增大反而逐渐减小,最大失重率及其对应的温度逐渐增大;Coats-Redfern模型研究最大失重阶段热解活化能(Ea)结果显示,Ea随着粒度增大而增大,也随着升温速率的增大而增大:通过DAEM模型可以发现,在整个热解过程中的粒度<0.5mm煤样的Ea和A最大。

【Abstract】 In order to study the relationship between the particle size of the same coal sample and the coal pyrolysis reaction behavior, a selfmade thermogravimetric device was used in this experiment to study the pyrolysis behavior of five different particle sizes of the same coal sample at a lower heating rate, and used Coats-Redfern and DAEM two kinetic models for analysis. Through thermogravimetric analysis, it is found that the initial devolatilization temperature Tin gradually decreases with the increase of particle size, and the maximum weight loss rate and its corresponding temperature gradually increase; Coats Redfern model studies the pyrolysis activation energy(Ea) at the maximum weight loss stage. The results show that Ea at the maximum weight loss stage increases with the increase of particle size and the increase of heating rate. Through DAEM model, it can be found that Ea and A of coal samples with particle size less than 0.5 mm during the whole pyrolysis process are maximum.
