探索科研成果孵化教学成果的本科化学实验教学改革——以溶出伏安法检测重金属离子为例
Exploring the Reform of Undergraduate Chemistry Experiment Teaching by Incubating Scientific Research into Teaching——Taking the Determination of Heavy Metal Ions by Stripping Voltammetry as an Example
【摘要】 对于新时代的高校教育,构建教师学术成果与教学成果之间的桥梁,引导教师利用科研成果孵化教学成果,完善和固化高质量本科教学内容,是科研学术助力教学培养的有效手段。作者基于近年在溶出伏安法检测领域的研究成果,探索了以铋膜电极替代汞膜电极开展阳极溶出伏安法检测重金属离子的本科化学专业基础实验课程的教学改革。实践证明,基于科学合理设计的以科研成果孵化教学成果有利于改善教学效果。就本实验项目而言,新教学方案对已有实验资源利用率高,实验检测精度更高、重现性更好、测试时间更短,能够明显改善学生实验操作的积极性和主动性,同时相关的学术前沿知识的介绍可以提高学生深入探索创新实验的兴趣。
【Abstract】 For university education,it is important to build a bridge between academic achievements and teaching achievements,guide teachers to incubate research into teaching,and finally form a high-quality undergraduate teaching course.Based on the research in stripping voltammetry in recent years,we made efforts on the teaching reform of basic experiment course of undergraduate chemistry specialty,which uses bismuth film electrode instead of mercury film electrode to detect heavy metal ions by anodic stripping voltammetry.It was proved that incubating research into teaching based on scientific pre-design is conducive to improving teaching effect.As far as this experimental project is concerned,the new teaching scheme has high utilization rate of existed experimental resources,higher experimental detection accuracy,better reproducibility and shorter test time,which can significantly improve students’ enthusiasm and initiative in experimental operation.At the same time,the introduction of relevant academic advanced knowledge can improve students’ interest in in-depth exploration of innovative experiments.
