旋转式空化射流发生器的数值模拟分析
Numerical Simulation of Rotary Cavitation Jet Generator
【摘要】 为研究旋转式空化射流发生器的空化效果,对其进行了三维模型的建立并对内部流场进行了数值模拟。分析了其含气率分布云图、压力分布云图以及速度分布云图。模拟结果表明:在流场内部,最大含气率在叶轮入口处叶片背部达到最大,最大含气率为0.904,故空化发生的位置主要分布在入口处叶片的背面,此时的最大负压为-1.417×10~5Pa,最大速度为31.27m/s。
【Abstract】 In order to study the cavitation effect of rotary cavitation jet generator,a three-dimensional model was established and the internal flow field was simulated.The gas holdup distribution cloud,pressure distribution cloud and velocity distribution cloud were analyzed.The simulation results show that:in the flow field,the maximum gas holdup reaches the maximum at the back of the inlet blade of the impeller,and the maximum gas holdup is 0.904.Therefore,the cavitation occurs mainly at the back of the inlet blade,and the maximum negative pressure is-1.417×105 Pa,and the maximum velocity is 31.27 m/s.
