发酵类制药废水处理方法综述

【摘要】 文章基于物理法、化学法、生物处理法和组合工艺处理法四种方法并结合实例对发酵类制药废水的处理现状进行了综述,目前处理发酵类制药废水的手段是多种工艺优化组合,首先进行预处理提高其可生化性,后续生化处理来达到排放标准。现阶段主要存在的问题:很多新兴的处理方法虽然能达到较好的处理效果,但是由于投资过大以及成本过高,限制了新技术的广泛应用,无法实现有效的广泛应用。提出了处理该类废水以后的研究重心应放在如何实现将实验室的研究成果运用到实际工业应用中去。

【Abstract】 The article is based on the physical method,chemical method,biological treatment method and composite processing method,four methods and combining the instance of fermentation class status quo of pharmaceutical waste water treatment were summarized,the current fermentation type of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment of combination of multiple process optimization method is firstly pretreated to improve the biodegradability,the subsequent biochemical treatment to achieve the emission standards.The main existing problems at the present stage:although many emerging treatment methods can achieve better treatment results,due to excessive investment and high cost,the wide application of the new technology is limited,and the wide application of the effective.It is suggested that the focus of the research on the treatment of this kind of wastewater should be how to apply the laboratory research results to practical industrial applications.
