镁合金压力下凝固技术研究进展
Current Research Progress on Solidification Techniques Under Pressure for Magnesium Alloys
【摘要】 镁合金具有密度小、比强度高等优势,在汽车、航空航天等领域具有广泛的前景,控制镁合金凝固组织对提高镁合金性能有重要意义。压力作为金属凝固过程中重要的热力学参数,对镁合金铸态组织有重要影响。本文主要综述概括低压铸造、压力铸造、挤压铸造高性能镁合金凝固组织和性能调控的研究进展。最后,展望了镁合金压力下凝固组织控制及其制备技术的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 Magnesium (Mg) alloys have the advantages of low density and high specific strength,which have broad prospects in the fields of automobiles,aerospace,etc.Controlling the solidification structure of Mg alloys is of great significance to improve properties of Mg alloys.As an important thermodynamic parameter for the solidification process of alloys,pressure has an important influence on the as-cast microstructures of Mg alloys.This paper mainly introduces the research progress in controlling the microstructure and properties of low pressure casting,pressure casting and squeeze casting high-performance Mg alloys.Finally,the development trend for control of solidification microstructures and manufacturing technologies of Mg alloys is prospected.
