【摘要】 在内蒙古自治区的石油化工、煤化工、天然气化工等大型企业化工装置中，压力容器是使用最广泛的特种设备之一。压力容器的安全运行，是企业、安全监管部门始终关注的问题，从社会进步安全核心理念的角度上看，也是“人民至上、生命至上”的基本体现。本文通过对压力容器设计、制造、使用中安全技术问题探讨及分析改进措施，提出压力容器安全监管的新构想，对我区特种设备监管有积极的参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Among the large-scale chemical engineering devices used in petrochemical,coal chemical industry,and natural gas industry areas in Inner Mongolia autonomous region,pressure vessel is one of the most widely used special equipment.Safe operation of the pressure vessel,is a very important problem which the enterprise and the safety supervision department always focus on.Combining with the security core concept of social progress,safe operation also shows and emphasizes the basic principal of “Put people and their lives first”.This paper mainly discusses the safety technology problems in the design,manufacture and operation of the pressure vessel and analyzes the improvement approach,then puts forward a new concept for the safety supervision of pressure vessels.The work in this study will provide a positive and significant reference for the special equipment’s supervision in our district.更多还原
