滴滤式微生物燃料电池系统中电压反转的研究
Voltage Reversal in Biotrickling Filter Microbial Fuel Cell System
【摘要】 本研究组装了生物滴滤塔和微生物燃料电池(MFC)两种污染处理方式,构建新型滴滤式微生物燃料电池系统,该系统可实现在流动态废水通过的条件下堆栈多颗MFCs而提高电压。对于堆栈多颗MFCs来说,往往会因为电压反转的产生而导致总电压的下降。本研究探讨滴滤式微生物燃料电池系统中,电压反转产生的原因及电压反转后对其他MFCs产生的影响。研究结果发现,电压反转的原因是由于各电池间反应速率不平衡造成,而底物匮乏仅是电压反转的一个原因。在发生电压反转后,系统产生的总电压会和已发生电压反转的电池产电趋势类似,而产生电压反转的电池会和下一颗电池的产电趋势相反。
【Abstract】 In this study,two pollution treatment methods,biological trickling filter and microbial fuel cell,were assembled to construct a new biotrickling filter microbial fuel cell system,which can stack multiple MFC and increase the voltage under the condition of dynamic wastewater.For multiple MFC in the stack,the total voltage was known to drop due to the generation of voltage reversal.In this study,the causes of voltage reversal and the influence of voltage reversal on other MFCs in biotrickling filter microbial fuel cell system were discussed.The results show that the root cause of voltage reversal is due to the imbalance of reaction rate among cells,and the lack of substrate is only one reason of voltage reversal.After voltage reversal,the total voltage generated by the system was similar with the power generation trend of the voltage reversal battery.Whereas the power generation trend of the voltage reversal MFC was opposite to that of the next MFC.
