【摘要】 特种设备(包括承压类设备和机电类设备)安全防护技术所针对的防护对象、采取的防护措施及手段均有较大差异，将其统一管理、纳入到同一安全防护体系中，难度较大。本文借鉴功能安全的一些理念，构建了特种设备安全防护体系，并针对目前国内特种设备法规条文中涉及安全防护技术的相关内容在适用该体系时出现的问题，提出了一些改进意见。以某承压类设备为例，说明了该体系的应用情况，重点是不同优先级的安全防护措施的实施。构建和应用以功能安全为基础的特种设备安全防护体系，对企业的安全生产起到了积极的促进作用，同时为特种设备安全防护体系理论建设打下基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Special equipment includes pressure equipment and electromechanical equipment,which plays an important role in industrial and civil fields.There are great differences in the protective objects,protective measures and means of special equipment safety protection technology.Based on the concept of functional safety,this paper constructs the safety protection system of special equipment,expounds the contents related to safety protection technology in the relevant laws and regulations of domestic special equipment,points out the problems existing in the application of the system,and puts forward some improvement suggestions.Taking a pressure bearing equipment as an example,the application of the system is illustrated,focusing on the implementation of safety protection measures with different priorities.The construction and application of special equipment safety protection system based on functional safety has played a positive role in promoting the safety production of enterprises,and laid a foundation for the theoretical construction of special equipment safety protection system.更多还原
