定向富集中药材中岩大戟内酯A的分子印迹膜的制备
Preparation of Molecularly Imprinted Chinese Euphorbia Officinalis A
【摘要】 为了提高中药材中岩大戟内酯A(JA)的提取和纯化效率,以JA为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,通过自由基热聚合法制备了具有定向富集JA性能的分子印迹膜(MIF)。通过SEM观察膜形貌,FT-IR表征膜结构,对膜的吸附动力学和热力学进行了研究。结果表明:MIF是连续均匀、表面光滑的白色薄膜;MIF对JA具有良好的特异吸附性能,明显高于其他提取物;经MIF富集的狼毒大戟萃取物中JA含量达83%。可见制备的分子印迹膜可以成功地应用于中药材中JA的定向富集。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the extraction and purification efficiency of Euphorbia lactone a (Ja),a molecularly imprinted membrane (MIF) with directional enrichment of JA was prepared by free radical thermal polymerization with JA as template molecule,methacrylic acid as functional monomer,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinking agent and azodiisobutyronitrile as initiator.The morphology of the membrane was observed by SEM,the membrane structure was characterized by FT-IR,and the adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics of the membrane were studied.The results show that MIF is a continuous and uniform white film with smooth surface;MIF has good specific adsorption performance for JA,which is significantly higher than other extracts;The content of JA in the extract of Euphorbia chamaejasme enriched by MIF was 83%.It can be seen that the prepared molecularly imprinted membrane can be successfully applied to the directional enrichment of JA in traditional Chinese medicine.
