【摘要】 为编制中国武术国际传播者能力量表，并检验其信效度，在文献梳理基础上依循“认知—情感—行为”理论框架，对61名武术专家展开访谈，借助NVivo软件对访谈文本逐级编码，形成能力量表的条目池，对问卷的双语表述和条目内容的调整，构建初步问卷发放，共收回有效问卷747份。经项目分析、探索性因素分析与验证性因素分析，中国武术国际传播者能力量表包含文化素养、情感态度、性格品质、语言水平、武术技能、社交灵活、传播技巧7个维度，共21个条目，累计解释变异量68.761%，各维度Cronbach’sα值为0.846～0.954，适配度指数均符合X~2/df<3.0、AGFI> 0.90、CFI> 0.90、RMSEA<0.08的要求，量表模型达到较好的适配度。更多还原

【Abstract】 To develop the competence scale for international promoters of Chinese martial arts and to test its reliability and validity.Based on the literature review,following the theoretical framework of Cognitive-Affective-Behavior,the study had interviewed 61 martial arts experts,the items pool was formed through the interview text coded with the NVivo.After the expert’s inquiry by letter and pretext,the bilingual expressions and items content of the questionnaire were adjusted to construct the preliminary questionnaire.A total of 747 valid questionnaires were received.Results:After project analysis,exploratory factor analysis (EFA),and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA),the competence scale for international promoters of Chinese martial arts includes 7 dimensions of cultural literacy,emotional attitude,personality and volition,language skills,martial arts skills,social flexibility,and communication skills,with a total of 21 items.The cumulative explained variance is 68.761%,the Cronbach’sαvalue of each dimension is 0.846～0.954,and all the fitness index meets the requirements of X~2/df<3.0,AGFI>0.90,CFI>0.90,and RMSEA <0.08.The model.The scale model achieves a good degree of adaptability.更多还原
