【摘要】 社区教育是社区治理的重要组成部分，在当前发展中面临着资金筹措渠道单一，资源供给贫乏和工作者队伍建设弱化三大难题。社会创业作为一种介乎于商业创业和志愿服务的新型创业模式，在产品供给、队伍结构、资源整合、对外协作等方面独树一帜，是一种促进社区教育发展的有效手段。社会创业通过机会识别—机会开发—机会实现的基本逻辑实现与社区教育的融合，为破解社区教育发展难题提供新的思想资源和行动模式。为实现两者可持续的深度融合，社会创业者仍需要处理好资源和能力、公益和市场、独立和依附的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important part of community governance, community education is facing three major problems in the current development: single fund-raising channel, poor resource supply, and weakening work team construction. Social entrepreneurship is a new entrepreneurial model between business entrepreneurship and voluntary service. It is unique in product supply, team structure, resource integration, and external cooperation, not least an effective means to promote the development of community education. Following the basic logic of “identification-development-realization” of opportunity, social entrepreneurship has realized the integration with community education, which provides new ideological resources and action mode for solving the problems of community education development. To achieve sustainability and depth of integration, social entrepreneurs need to deal with the relationship between resources and capabilities, public welfare and market, independence and dependence.更多还原
