【Abstract】 The transformational development of local colleges and universities presents new requirements to the applied talents training.The major of New Energy Science and Engineering of Hebei North University has been exploring ways to train competent applied talents.Based on the OBE concept, a practice teaching mode of applied talents training which emphasizes the deep multi-agent integration and the whole-process coordinated education is established.The training quality of professional talents is expected to be improved through strengthening practice teaching.更多还原
