碳纳米管增强面板混凝土的早龄期自收缩研究

【摘要】 为了研究碳纳米管(CNTs)在变温条件下对面板混凝土早龄期自收缩发展规律的影响,基于温度应力试验,测试获得了基准面板混凝土、掺CNTs的面板混凝土在两种温度养护历程下的温度和应变发展曲线;基于成熟度理论,对面板混凝土早期温度变形以及自收缩变形进行分离,并提出了面板混凝土早龄期自收缩发展模型。实验结果表明:相较于对照组,CNTs外加剂能有效抑制面板混凝土早龄期自收缩变形;建立的面板混凝土早龄期自收缩模型与实测自收缩变形吻合度较高,可较好地预测约束状态下面板混凝土的早龄期自收缩变形,从而用于其早龄期开裂风险评估。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a temperature stress test is conducted to investigate the influence of carbon nanotubes(CNTs) on the autogenous shrinkage of face slab concrete at early ages by varying temperatures. The temperature and strain development curves of the benchmark face slab concrete and the CNTs reinforced face slab concrete under two temperature curing modes are obtained. Based on maturity theory, the early-age temperature deformation and early-age autogenous shrinkage deformation of face slab concrete are separated, and an autogenous shrinkage development model of face slab concrete is proposed. The results show that CNTs can effectively restrain the early-age self-shrinkage deformation of concrete slabs. The predicted autogenous shrinkage by the proposed model is in good agreement with experimental values. The reported findings provide a scientific reference for the cracking risk assessment of face slab concrete at early ages.
