高钙高盐废水中硝酸盐氮的铁粉还原研究
Research on iron powder reduction of nitrate nitrogen in high-calcium and high-salt wastewater
【摘要】 采用还原铁粉去除高钙高盐废水中的硝酸盐氮,探究其最佳反应条件,并初步探讨其还原机理。研究结果表明:铁粉用量越大、粒径越小,硝酸盐氮还原效果越好。Cl-和Ca2+对于铁粉还原硝酸盐氮有着抑制作用,氯和钙质量分数越高抑制越明显。当Cl-质量浓度提高到180 g/L时,硝酸盐氮的去除率从99.1%降低到84.1%;当Ca2+质量浓度为20 g/L时,硝酸盐氮的去除率只有72.1%。硝酸盐氮的还原产物主要为铵离子和亚硝酸盐氮,当高质量浓度氯和钙离子存在废水中时,硝酸盐氮还原产物亚硝酸盐氮比例会升高。
【Abstract】 Reduced iron powder was used to remove nitrate nitrogen in high-calcium and high-salt wastewater. In this article, the optimal reaction conditions were exploredand the reduction mechanism was preliminarily discussed. The results showed that the particle size was smaller with higher amount of iron powered used and the effect of nitrate nitrogen reduction was better. Cl- and Ca2+ have an inhibitory effect on the reduction of nitrate nitrogen by iron powder, especially with higher content of these irons. When the concentration of Cl- increased to 180 g/L, the removal rate of nitrate nitrogen decreased from 99.1% to 84.1%; when the concentration of Ca2+ was 20 g/L, the removal rate of nitrate nitrogen was only 72.1%. The reduction products of nitrate nitrogen are mainly ammonium ions and nitrite nitrogen. When high concentrations of chlorine and calcium ions are present in the wastewater, the yield of nitrate nitrogen reduction products, nitrite nitrogen, will increase.
