氯虫苯甲酰胺衍生物的合成及杀虫活性

【摘要】 为了开发新的杀虫化合物,以氯虫苯甲酰胺为先导,通过引入氨基酸片段合成了12个新化合物,通过1H NMR,13C NMR和HRMS等手段进行结构表征。室内杀虫活性初步测试结果表明:在500 mg/L测试质量浓度下,多数目标化合物对黏虫(Oriental armyworm)有着较高的杀虫活性,其中化合物b在20,4 mg/L质量浓度下对黏虫分别有90%和80%的杀虫活性,化合物f在20,4 mg/L质量浓度下对黏虫分别有80%和70%的杀虫活性。

【Abstract】 In order to find and develop new insecticidal compounds, 12 compounds were designed and synthesized by introducing amino acids into the lead compound chlorantraniliprole. Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS. The bioactivity test results showed that most of the title compounds showed good insecticidal activity against oriental armyworm. Compound b showed 90% and 80% insecticidal activity against armyworm at 20,4 mg/L, respectively, and compound f showed 80% and 70% insecticidal activity against armyworm at 20,4 mg/L, respectively.
