【摘要】 紧盯湖北省种业振兴、粮食安全战略，服务优质稻米等九大重点农业产业链的发展思路，通过了解当前湖北省各地区县市良种繁育基地建设发展现状，找出制约基地建设发展的瓶颈，并提出对策建议。湖北良繁基地建设已进入种业“国家队”,良种繁育体系已初步形成，部分品种良种供应充足，但仍存在主粮作物良种繁育对外依存度高、国家级良繁基地基础设施水平偏低，水产苗种应对风险能力较弱、海南南繁基地建设有待加强等诸多短板。通过科学编制规划、加大投资力度、示范引领、实施品牌战略、优化营商环境等措施，加快提升湖北省良种繁育基地建设水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Keeping a close eye on the strategy of vitalizing seed industry and food security in Hubei Province, serving the development of nine key agricultural industrial chains including high-quality rice, by understanding the current situation of the construction and development of fine seed breeding bases in counties and cities in Hubei Province, the bottlenecks restricting the development of base construction were found out, and the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward. Hubei fine breeding base construction has entered the seed industry "national team", good breeding system had been initially formed, some varieties of good supply, however, there were still some shortcomings, such as high dependence on foreign countries, low infrastructure level of national good breeding base, weak ability of aquatic seedling to deal with risk, etc. Through scientific planning, strongening investment, demonstration, brandstrategy, optimization of the business environment and other measures to speed up the construction level of breeding base in Hubei Province.更多还原
