暗诱导绞股蓝根状茎形成过程中的内源激素和糖含量变化

【摘要】 绞股蓝茎端具有钻入土中转化为根状茎的特殊越冬和繁殖方式。本研究将绞股蓝藤蔓顶端置于遮光的塑料瓶中,检测暗诱导引发的从正常茎端转化为根状茎过程中的内源激素和糖含量变化。结果表明,暗处理后8 d茎端经黄化膨大期、变态芽期发育成根状茎。与光照材料相比,暗处理的茎端在膨大黄化期的生长素、赤霉素和茉莉酸含量均升至最高,至变态芽期均明显下降,至根状茎期除生长素有所上升外,其余激素含量持续下降。膨大黄化期可能是绞股蓝茎端转化为根状茎的必须期和关键期,含量变化最大的赤霉素可能是茎端转化的主要调控激素。暗处理后茎端变化过程中的可溶性糖和淀粉含量呈连续下降趋势,蔗糖和果糖平缓上升,还原性糖上升较快。

【Abstract】 Stem end of Gynostemma pentaphyllum has the special way to survive winter and breed through burrowing into soil to convert to stem-to-rhizome.In this paper, the stem apexes were placed in lightproof plastic tubes, and the content of phytohormones and sugars in the apexes from aerial stem-to-rhizome transition were detectived. The results showed that the aerial stem apex could develop into rhizome in 8 days, through yellowing and swelling stem stage and abnormal stem stage in darkness. Compared with the control in light, the contents of IAA, GA and JA increased to the maximum value at the yellowing and swelling stage. These phytohormones decreased at the abnormal stem stage, then GA and JA kept dropping while IAA rising at the rhizome, which suggested to be the essential and key stage that inducing aerial stem-to-rhizome transition GA was presumed as the main regulation hormone with its sharp content change. The contents of soluble sugar and starch decreased throughout the development stages, when those of sucrose and fructose ascended slightly and reductive sugar ascended some quickly.
