不同大豆类型产量及相关性状的逐步回归与通径分析
Stepwise Regression and Path Analysis of Yield and Related Traits in Different Soybean Types
【摘要】 以2008年黄淮海夏大豆南片国家区试A组和B组共30个品种为试验材料,根据各品种粗脂肪含量将其分为高油品种、普通品种和低油品种三大类型,对3种大豆类型的产量与相关性状分别进行逐步回归、相关性和通径分析。结果表明,在产量相关的农艺性状中,单株粒重是对提高产量正效应最大的农艺性状。此外,在高油类型品种中,百粒重和生育期具有正效应,有效分枝对产量具有负效应;在普通大豆类型中,百粒重、生育期和株高对提高产量均具有正效应;在低油品种类型中,生育期、株高对提高产量具有正效应,底荚高度对提高产量具有负效应。在大豆品种的选育过程中应在选择生育期适宜品系的基础上,注重单株粒重和百粒重的选择,同时选择少分枝类型的品系有利于获得高油大豆品种。
【Abstract】 30 soybean varieties from group A and group B of the national regional testing belong to southern Huang-Huai-Hai summer soybean in 2008 were used as experimental materials. According to the crude fat content of each variety, they were divided into three types: high oil variety, common variety and low oil variety. Stepwise regression, correlation and path analysis were conducted on the yield and related traits of the three soybean types. The results showed that seed weight per plant had the greatest positive effect than other traits on increasing yield. In addition, among highoil varieties 100-seed weight and growth period had a positive effect, while effective branching had a negative effect on yield for high oil varieties.100-seed weight, growth period and plant height had positive effects on increasing yield for common soybean types. Growth period and plant height had a positive effect on yield, while pod height had a negative effect on yield for low oil varieties. In the process of soybean variety selection, we should pay attention to the selection of seed weight per plant and 100-seed weight on the basis of selecting suitable lines for growth period, and selecting lines with a few branching types is beneficial to get high oil soybean variety.
