贵州本地两种豆类资源的细胞学分析

【摘要】 通过染色体滴片制片法对收集自贵州的一种地方栽培大豆材料和一种野生绿豆材料进行染色体核型研究,结果表明,贵州威宁大豆的核型公式为2 n=2 x=40=34 m+6 sm,平均臂比为1.31,染色体长度比为1.56;核型不对称指数为55.97%;核型类型为2 A型;贵州野生绿豆核型公式为2 n=2 x=20 m(2 sat),平均臂比1.3,染色体长度比为2.43;核型不对称指数为56.83%;核型类型为1 B型。

【Abstract】 In this study, the chromosome karyotype of a local cultivated soybean and a wild mung bean collected from Guizhou province was studied by means of chromosome drop method.The results showed that the karyotype formula of soybean from Weining was 2 n=2 x=40=34 m+6 sm, and the average arm ratio was 1.31,while the chromosome length ratio was 1.56.The karyotype asymmetry index was 55.97%,and the karyotype was 2 A.In addition, the karyotype formula of Guizhou wild mung bean was 2 n=2 x=20 m(2 sat),the average arm ratio was 1.3,while the chromosome length ratio was 2.43.The karyotype asymmetry index was 56.83%,and the karyotype was 1 B.
