36份玉米自交系亲缘关系分析
Genetic Relationship Analysis of 36 Maize Inbred Lines
【摘要】 选用36份玉米骨干自交系为材料,对7个植株性状进行变异程度分析、相关性分析以及聚类分析,并选取10个自交系分别与郑58和昌7-2进行杂交组配,评价应用价值。结果表明,自交系各性状之间差异较大,聚类分析可将自交系划分为不同类群,类群间距离越大,性状差异越大,但部分杂交种双亲被划分在同一类群。杂交种分析表明,部分性状杂种优势明显,且与母本显著相关。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the variation degree, correlation analysis and cluster analysis of 7 plant traits were carried out by using 36 maize backbone inbred lines as materials, and 10 inbred lines were selected and hybridized with Zheng 58 and Chang 7-2 respectively to evaluate their application value. The results showed that the inbred lines had great differences among traits, and the inbred lines could be divided into different groups by cluster analysis. The greater the distance between groups, the greater the difference in traits, but the parents of some hybrids were divided into the same group. Analysis of hybrid lines showed that some characteritics showed obvious heterosis and were significantly correlated with the mother parent. The results could provide reference for maize inbred line improvement and new variety breeding.
